Descriptive Writing

Last week the Whio writing group were learning how to write a description. They started off by collaboratively describing their teacher - can you guess who she is?

Then they wrote a description of a buddy in their writing group and drew a picture of that person, trying to include the details they had written about - I think they did a great job, comment below if you think you know who they are describing - they would love to hear from you!

We had a wonderful time working together one afternoon last week. We took the chalk outside, drew around each other, designed cities, road maps and got creative!
